I wonder: are W Social verified users aware that their personal details (first name, last name, nationality and approx. birthday) are being shared OUTSIDE of W Social and published as a permanent record on the web, in plain text?

This has to be in violation of European privacy laws, right? No way would anyone expect their full legal name to be publicly accessible. W Social disputes this framing and has taken an aggressive posture in response.
