“Unlimited” in telecom executive lingo is right up there with “natural” on food packaging as a word without any specific meaning. When there are four different levels of what constitutes “unlimited” — at four different price points, of course — there must be limitations at least for three of those levels, otherwise they wouldn’t need four different ways to have no limits.
