John Gruber’s iPhone 5S and 5C Review ⇥ daringfireball.net

There are three excellent things about this review:

1. The explanations by Gruber and one of his readers (see footnotes) of the advantages of the ARMv8 and 64-bit architecture;
2. The section titled “Defining Innovation Down”; and,
3. Apple gave Gruber a pink 5C and a gold 5S to test. How great is that?

AnandTech’s iPhone review has a very comprehensive battery of tests, but Gruber’s is simply about the day-to-day use of the products. Good stuff.
